Why haven't I been added to a campaign? Can GRIN place me on a brand's campaign, and where do I find new brand offers?
Creators often write GRIN Support asking why they have not been added to a campaign, whether they were accepted as an ambassador, whether a Live URL means they are in the program, how often campaigns go out, or for a brand's email. GRIN Support cannot do those things. This article is the answer.
What GRIN Support cannot do
GRIN is the software a brand uses to run its own creator program. We do not run the program, and we do not decide who is an ambassador or who gets a campaign.
We cannot add you to a brand's campaign or activation.
We cannot confirm whether you were accepted. The brand decides that.
We cannot speed up a brand's review of an application or proposal.
We cannot share a brand's contact information, campaign manager email, or Live Site link.
A Live URL by itself is not proof of acceptance. If your dashboard says No Current Campaigns, the brand has not added you to a live program.
As Help for Creators puts it, GRIN does not run brands' programs for them and does not contact you on a brand's behalf.
Who to contact
The brand is who can confirm your status, add you to a campaign, or tell you when campaigns go out.
To reach them, look for an older email from the brand. That invite usually has your Live Site link. Those emails generally come from a campaign manager at the brand, so a reply to that email usually lands with someone who can help.
Where to find new brand offers
We just launched a creator portal where you can view brands with public offers at creators.grin.ai. You can look to engage other brands there. You can also get GRIN for Creators on the App Store or Google Play.
