Scheduling Campaign Dates

Updated by Dan

Note: If you joined GRIN on January 23, 2023, or later, Campaigns will not be available for your account and have been replaced by Activations. You can use Activations to manage and organize your creator marketing programs.

For more information, check out our help articles.

Use the following guide to schedule dates for accepting proposals and viewing content delivery. If you use the same hashtags and mentions, then scheduling dates will help to prevent content from previous campaigns from pulling into new campaigns.

What You'll Need

  • A new or existing Campaign.

How to Do It

1. Click on Program and select Campaigns.

2. Click on the Edit Campaign Details icon.

3. Under Step 1. Campaign Settings, scroll to Campaign Dates, and select Scheduled.

4. Under Accepting Proposals, input the Start Date and End Date you want to accept proposals from creators and enter a Header Text to inform your creators.

Warning: Creators cannot submit a proposal outside of the dates that are set. If they attempt to do so, their Live Site will display a No Current Campaigns message.

5. Under Content Delivery, enter the Start Date and End Date to pull in creator content and enter a Header Text to inform your influencers.

Warning: Any content that is posted outside of the set delivery dates will not pull into the campaign.

That's it! Your campaign will now be set up to allow creators to submit proposals and/or deliver content within your specified date range(s)!

Note: The campaign dates can be changed after the campaign is live. If you still want to allow a creator to submit a proposal or deliver content past the original end date, simply visit the campaign's settings page again and make changes to these dates as needed.
