Thank you for your feedback
You can edit your existing email templates at any time to better suit your needs.
Note
Changes you make to a template will not affect any scheduled emails that use the template.
How to do it
- Navigate to Messages > Templates.
- Hover over the template you want to update and select edit from the row actions that appear.
- Update the template's fields as needed. Each template has the following fields:
- Template name: The name that will appear in for that template in GRIN. Only users on your GRIN account see this name. Creators you send the template to do not.
- Subject: The subject line for this template, which will be the subject line for the email. You can use variables in this subject line as well.
- Body: The main text of your template and what will appear as the main body of the email. Whatever you write here will always be sent whenever you use this template, meaning if you send this template to 10 creators, you’ll effectively send out 10 copies of the same email to them. We recommend using variables to make your template bodies more dynamic, which you can add with the Insert tool.
- Select Save.
Your template is now updated.
