Once you have one or more cards connected to your GRIN account, you can easily edit each one from your Payment Methods. This is a great way to make sure your card information is up to date without having to add the card as a new payment method each time.
NOTE
Only a card’s Name on Card, Expiration, and Zip/Postal Code can be edited. If you need to change other information about your card, such as its security cod or card number, you’ll need to add your card again as a new payment method.
ACH information cannot be edited.
ACH information cannot be edited.
What You'll Need
- An existing credit or debit card added to your account.
- A Brand Admin role.
How to Do It
- Navigate to Account > Settings > Creator Funds Deposit.
- Click on the Edit button underneath the card you want to edit. This will open the Edit Payment Method modal with all your card’s current information.
- Change the information you need to update. The editable fields are:
- Name on Card
- Expiration
- Zip/Postal Code
- If you want to set this card as your default payment method, click the checkbox next to Set as default payment method for Creator payments.
- Click Update.
That’s it! You should receive a confirmation message at the top of your screen that says Payment method updated. If you want to check that your fields have changed correctly, you can click your card’s Edit button again to view your card’s new information.
