Use the following guide to learn how creators submit a Campaign Proposal, including reviewing the campaign, reviewing and choosing compensation, syncing social networks, and agreeing to the terms of the collaboration.
To submit the proposal each section will need to be completed:
Proposal Overview
Once the Live URL is received, creators will be able to review the campaign overview, tasks, compensation, and a section about the brand before clicking Continue to go through the steps to submit the proposal.
The next page displays the required steps in order to submit a proposal. These steps need to be completed in order to advance to the next step. To begin, creators click the first section, Compensation.
Compensation
Under Compensation, depending on the agreement, the creator may have one or all of the compensation methods including payment, commission, or product.
For Payment, creators state the price they would like to receive for the collaboration, unless the amount is set by the brand.
For Commission, the creators can elect to receive a portion of sales made using the assigned discount code and/or affiliate link. In order for sales to be tracked from posted content, the code and/or link will need to be used by their followers.
For Product, creators are able to choose products from the brand. If Product was chosen as a compensation method by the brand, creators are able to continue to the next page to select or view the products they would like to receive.
If products are set as a compensation method, creators are able to select the products under Step 2 of the Live site.
Creators can click Add product and go through the steps to select products. Once selected, creators are able to edit the options or delete the products in order to choose others. Once products have been selected, they click the arrow on the bottom right.
Review Tasks
Once compensation has been reviewed, creators are able to view the tasks required to complete under Review Tasks. Tasks are separated by the required tasks and optional tasks. Each task can be reviewed by clicking the task to see additional details and instructions. Creators are able to add optional tasks to complete by clicking the plus button next to the task.
Social Networks
Under the next step Social Networks, creators will be connecting social networks in order for their content and metrics containing the hashtags and mentions to be delivered to GRIN. From there the content can be reviewed, and accepted or repurposed.
Shipping Information
Under Shipping Information, creators enter their current shipping address so they can be sent products, if applicable, and as a record for future collaborations.
Personal Information
Under Personal information, creators enter any required and optional fields set so that brands can get to know them.
Content Rights
Under Content Rights, they can read and accept the Terms & Conditions in order to submit the proposal.
Review and Submit
The final step is for creators to review the filled out proposal and, if needed, to go back and make any necessary changes by clicking the edit icon next to each section before clicking the Submit Proposal button.
