Article summary

Note
If you joined GRIN on January 23, 2023 or later, Campaigns will not be available for your account and has been replaced by Activations. You can use Activations to manage and organize your creator marketing programs. For more information, check out our help articles.

The Fulfillment tab allows you to view the shipment status and tracking, mark the fulfillment status, etc. of the product(s) that are sent to your creators. You are also able to filter for creator based on the fulfillment status, shipment status, shipment delivery date, campaign content, and uploaded files.

Learn how to:

Label Fulfillment Status

Step 1 Click Program and select Campaigns.

Step 2 Click the Campaign Work Room icon.

Step 3 Click on the Fulfillment tab.

Step 4 Select your creators and click the Fulfilled button.

Note
If your eCommerce store is integrated with GRIN, then once an order is placed and fulfilled in the e-commerce store it will automatically be labeled as fulfilled within GRIN.

Create an eCommerce Order

Why the Shipping Statuses of your Orders are not Updating.

The order statuses that are shown in the "Fulfillment" section of your campaign are directly tied to the eCommerce store you have integrated with your brand. If you notice the statuses of your orders are not updated, then you will first want to review the statuses within your store.
If the statuses are not updated in your store, then it will also be the reason why they have not updated in GRIN as will pull that information directly from your store. If the statuses of your GRIN orders are updated in your store, and not in the campaign, then contact support at support@grin.co.
