If you joined GRIN on January 23, 2023 or later, Campaigns will not be available for your account and has been replaced by Activations. You can use Activations to manage and organize your creator marketing programs. For more information, check out our help articles.
Use the following guide to schedule dates for accepting proposals and viewing content delivery. If you use the same hashtags and mentions, then scheduling dates will help to prevent content from previous campaigns from pulling into new campaigns.
Before you begin you must have created a campaign to schedule the campaign dates.
Step 1Click on Program and selectCampaigns.
Step 2Click on the EditCampaign Details icon.
Step 3 Under 'Step 1. Campaign Settings', scroll to 'Campaign Dates', and selectScheduled.
Step 4 Under 'Accepting Proposals',input the earliest andlatest dates you want to accept influencer proposals and enter a "Header Text" to inform your influencers.
WARNING
Influencers cannot submit a proposal outside of the dates that are set. If they attempt to do so their Live URL will display a "No Current Campaigns" message.
Step 5 Under 'Content Delivery', enter the earliest and latest dates to pull in influencer content and enter a "Header Text" to inform your influencers.
WARNING
Any content that is posted outside of the dates that are set will not pull into the campaign.
Note
The campaign dates can be changed after the campaign is live. This may be useful if an influencer did not submit their proposal on time, or delivered their content before the end date of the campaign. If you still want to allow them to submit a proposal or deliver content past the original end date, simply enter the editing mode for the campaign and make changes to these dates as needed.
