Within your Live URL, after your proposal is submitted, you are able to deliver content manually for the brand you are working with. Use the following steps to learn how to manually upload multiple types of content.

Deliver Media Posts and Videos

You are able to deliver your media posts and videos manually within your Live URL if you do not have your social media accounts connected. Once uploaded, the brand you are working with will be able to view the content and the associated metrics for that content.

The brand will then review to be able to determine if your collaboration was successful, which could lead to more sponsorships in the future. Posts from your media accounts can be uploaded using the following steps.

1. Copy the full URL of your post or video from your social media account.

2. Within your Live URL, locate the campaign you have applied for and click My Proposals.

3. On the next page, click View Details.

4. Scroll down to the Review Tasks section and click Deliver[Deliver].

5. Locate the task to upload content for and click the Upload icon Screen Shot 2022-08-16 at 6.05.50 PM(3).

6. Paste the copied post URL in the box and click the Deliver button.

Note
If you receive an error message when delivering your content, this may indicate that your content has already been pulled in, based on the hashtag and/or mentions that were used in your post. If you receive an error first check that your social media is connected. If it is already connected, please contact your Brand.

Deliver Instagram Stories

Instagram stories and story insights take a slightly different process than uploading posts, because they are not visible after a 24 hour period. After the 24 hour period, stories disappear from public view and are then stored in an archive along with story insights. These story insights are only available for up to 48 hours after a story is created. You are able to download your stories and insights and upload them to the Live URL using the steps below.

Notes
  •   If you have already Connected Your Instagram with GRIN, there is no need to manually upload posted content. GRIN will pull in content with the appropriate #hashtags and @mentions automatically without the need for a manual upload.
  • Be sure your #hashtags and @mentions are within the post's caption or in a text overlay within your Instagram story.
  • Story content can only be downloaded while the story is live, unless you automatically save it to your camera roll. Make sure you have this setting enabled by visiting Meta's page on How do I save a photo or video?

1. Take a screenshot of your Story insights. These are found on your Instagram profile or in the details of an active Story. For more information, you can read Meta's article, View Insights on your Instagram Stories.

2. Within your GRIN Live URL, locate the campaign you have applied for and click My Proposals.

3. On the next page, click View Details.

4. Scroll down to the Review Tasks section and click Deliver[Deliver].

5. Locate your Instagram Story task and click the Upload Content[Upload].

6. Select the Instagram story, and click the Deliver button.

7. Once the story is uploaded, a new option to deliver insights will appear. Click Upload Story Insights, upload the insights screenshot, and enter the Insights metrics.

Deliver Instagram Posts

You can manually deliver Instagram content from your feed, whether it be a photo or video. Unlike Instagram stories, you can upload this content as soon as you post. Use the steps below to upload this content via your Live URL.

Note
  •  If you have already Connected Your Instagram with GRIN, there is no need to manually upload posted content. GRIN will pull in content with the appropriate #hashtags and @mentions automatically without the need for a manual upload.
  • Be sure your #hashtags and @mentions are within the post's caption or in a text overlay within your Instagram post.

1. Log into your Instagram account and click the profile icon on the bottom right.

2. Find the post you'd like to capture, open it, and take a screenshot or screen recording if it includes a video.

3. Tap the more button (3 dots) in the top right, and select Link to copy the link to your post.

4. Within your GRIN Live URL, locate the campaign you have applied for and click My Proposals.

5. On the next page, click View Details.

6. Scroll down to the Review Tasks section and click Deliver .

7. Locate your Instagram Post task, and click Upload Content.

8. You can now upload your screenshot for the media file, paste the link to your post, and enter your content metrics so far.

9. If your post includes a video, be sure to fill out the Views so far as the last field. This field only appears if you've attached a video.

10. Complete your task by pressing Deliver. You will get a success message at the top of your screen when finished!

Deliver Content via a General Upload

You are able to upload content that is not connected to any current task or if there is no other upload option available for your campaign tasks via a general upload. Files can be uploaded more than once, however please note that the size limit for each uploaded file is 500mb (.5GB).

General Uploads is the perfect place to submit content for approval before posting your content on social media. Once the content has been approved, after posting it will be either pulled in automatically if your social media accounts are connected, or you are able to deliver the content manually within the Tasks as seen above in Deliver Media Posts and Videos.

1. Within your Live URL, locate the campaign you have applied for and click My Proposals.

2. On the next page, click View Details.

3. Scroll down to the Other Uploads section and click the Upload icon.

4. Choose the file you would like to upload and once uploaded, it will appear under the Other Uploads section. There is also an option to remove uploads by clicking Remove next to the upload.
