Managing an Activation

Once you've created an activation, you can work with and interact with your activation through different tabs in the Activations Workroom. The following tabs will always appear in your activation no matter what settings you chose when creating it:

  • Workflow: This is where you'll manage your creators from start to finish during your activation. From your Workflow, you can activate your creators, review each of their proposals, track their progress on those proposals, and more depending on the settings you chose when creating your activation.
  • Reporting: This is where you can review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of your activation, as well as individual performances for both your activation's creators and the content they've created for that activation.

Once you add creators to the activation, you'll also be able to access:

  • All Creators: This is where you can manage all creators in your activation from one place, no matter what their status is in the activation. This tab displays all creators no matter if they are activated, not activated, or declined.

Other tabs that can appear depending on the settings you chose are:

  • Content: This is where you can view and manage any content your creators generate for the activation.
  • Conversions: This is where you can view and manage any conversions your creators generate for the activation.
  • Payment History: This is where you can view and manage your payments to creators for the activation.

Finally, if you integrate with a document management tool, such as DocuSign, you’ll be able to access:

  • Contracts: This is where you can manage, send, and review contracts to your activation’s creators.
