Finding Affiliates

As you scale your affiliate program, utilize the filters to quickly find the creators you're managing.

Pending Tab

The following filters are available in the "Pending" tab:

  • Disqualified: Find creators by whether or not their affiliate application was disqualified or not.
  • Total Followers: Filter by the total # of followers a creator has.
  • Application Status: Filter by whether or not the creator successfully applied to be an affiliate.
  • Application Page: Filter by the application page the creator applied through.
  • Network: Filter by the creator's social networks.
  • City: Filter by a creator's city.
  • State: Filter by a creator's state.
  • Country: Filter by a creator's country.

Approved Tab

The following filters are available in the "Approved" tab:

  • Affiliate Link: Filter by whether the creator has an affiliate link or not.
  • Discount Code: Filter by whether the creator has a discount code or not.
  • Total Revenue: Filter by the total revenue the creator drove.
  • Total Spend: Filter by the total commissions the creator earned.
  • Total Conversions: Filter by the total conversions the creator drove.
  • Total Affiliate Link Clicks: Filter by the total total number of links clicks for the creator's affiliate links.
  • City: Filter by a creator's city.
  • State: Filter by a creator's state.
  • Country: Filter by a creator's country.
  • Last Conversion Date: Find creators who drove conversions in the inputted date range.

Update Commission Payout

Commission payouts can adjusted for creators individually.

Main affiliate hub view

If you select a creator in main affiliate hub view, an option to edit the commission rate will show up.

If you select the "Change Commission" button, you will be given an option to choose what link or code to change the commission payout for.

Choose the desired link or code, and adjust the payout as desired.

Creator View

Click on a creator and navigate to the "Affiliate Codes and Links" tab.

Click the pencil icon next to the link or code you want to adjust the commission payout for and follow the steps in the modal to adjust the payout.

View a Creator's Links or Codes

Click on the "Affiliate Codes and Links" tab in a creator’s profile to view the codes and links assigned to them.

If you want to add a deep link for a creator, click the pencil icon next to the parent link and select the "Add Deep Link" option.

Monitor Creator Activity

If you click on a creator, go to the "Recent Activity" tab to track a creator's affiliate activity including conversions driven, commissions earned, and payments made.
