Salesforce Commerce Cloud Connection Settings

Once you connect your Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) store, you can access its Connection Settings from Brands > Edit Brand> Connection Settings.

From here, you can manage how products between GRIN and your SFCC store are synced, how orders and shipping are handled, and enable affiliate attribution settings. All of these settings will be defined below.

These settings only appear if you've connected SFCC to your Brand. For more information on connecting to SFCC, see our help article Integrating with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Products Settings

• Import product inventory?: When enabled, GRIN will sync product inventories when importing products from your SFCC store.
• Automatically sync product inventory?: When enabled, GRIN will automatically sync your product inventories every few hours.
• Automatically create all product collections?: When enabled, any collections in your SFCC store will be created with the corresponding products in GRIN.
• Suppress product availability when products are not set as orderable?: When enabled, products that are not orderable appear to be out of stock instead.

Orders and Shipping Settings

• Order management system: Set the order management system used by your SFCC store.
• Inventory Location: Set the inventory location GRIN should ship product from. If you do not have a preference, leave this field blank.
• Payment method ID (domestic): Provide the SFCC ID of the payment method you want to use for your domestic creators, if any. This payment method should be configured in SFCC and should be different from your international payment method ID.
• Payment method ID (international): Provide the SFCC ID of the payment method you want to use for your international creators, if any. This payment method should be configured in SFCC and should be different from your domestic payment method ID.
• Shipping method ID (domestic): Provide the SFCC ID of the shipping method you want to use for your domestic shipping orders, if any. This should be different from your international shipping method ID.
• Shipping method ID (international): Provide the SFCC ID of the shipping method you want to use for your international shipping orders, if any. This should be different from your domestic shipping method ID.
• Set order shipment as a gift?: When enabled, orders will be flagged as a gift.
• Apply order price adjustment?: When enabled, GRIN will manually apply a 100% discount on orders.
  
  
  Note

  Do not enable this setting if the Apply order item price adjustment? setting below is already enabled.
  If enabled, you can also edit the following settings:
  • Price adjustment item text: Set the item text that will appear to the order's price adjustment. By default, the text is "GRIN Creator Order item".
  • Price adjustment reason code: Set the reason code for the 100% price adjustment. By default, the code is "Other".
• Apply order item price adjustment?: When enabled, GRIN will manually apply a 100% discount on each item in the order.
  
  
  Note

  Do not enable this setting if the Apply order price adjustment? setting above is already enabled.
  If enabled, you can also edit the following settings:
  • Price adjustment item text: Set the item text that will appear to the order's item price adjustments. By default, the text is "GRIN Creator Order item".
  • Price adjustment reason code: Set the reason code for the 100% price adjustment. By default, the code is "Other".
• Order attributes: Add any custom attributes you want to attach to creator orders from GRIN.
• Reject orders with out of stock inventory: When enabled, orders containing any out of stock products will be rejected.
• Custom product image groups: Provide any custom SFCC image groups for GRIN to pull product variant images from.
• Automatically update creator orders?: When enabled, orders in GRIN will automatically be marked as fulfilled when they're shipped.
• Require country code for creator orders?: When enabled, a country code will be required when creating orders.

Affiliate Links Settings

• Affiliate link attribution: When enabled, GRIN will attribute payouts, conversions, and tracking to affiliate links. If it is disabled, GRIN will give attribution to discount codes instead. By default, GRIN gives attribution to discount codes.
