      Updating a Creator's Contact Information

      Each creator can have their Contact Information, such as their email address, available on their contact profile for you to view and, if needed, edit. You can learn how to update a creator's contact information with this article. 

      Note
      Creators can also update their own contact information from their Live Sites, and those changes will be reflected in GRIN. They can learn more with our article on Managing Settings.

      How to Do It

      1. Navigate to Contacts > Creators or Contacts > Prospects and select the name of the creator whose information you want to update. This will open their unique profile.
      2. If it's not open already, select the Contact Information module to expand it.
      3. Update any of the fields as needed. GRIN will save your changes automatically.

      You have updated your creator's contact information.
