GRIN uses Shipping Addresses for each creator so you can send them products as part of your programs. Creators can have multiple shipping addresses, and you can select which one you want to use within a program.

Note
Creators can also update their own shipping addresses from their Live Sites, and those changes will be reflected in GRIN. They can learn more with our article on Managing Settings.
How to Do It
- Navigate to Contacts > Creators or Contacts > Prospects.
- Select the name of the creator whose address you want to update. This will open their Creator contact profile.
- If it's not open already, select the Shipping Addresses module to expand it.
- Update the creator's addresses as needed. You can:
- Hover over an existing address to make it the creator's primary address, edit it, or remove it.
- Select Add Address to create another shipping address for them.
Your updates will automatically be saved.
