Article summary

CoPilot is GRIN’s AI-powered assistant that you can use to help run your creator marketing programs. You can ask CoPilot your own questions or use some of GRIN’s suggested prompts to start a conversation with it to learn what to do next based to maximize your GRIN workflows.

You can learn more about CoPilot in this article.

Note

CoPilot is currently in beta, meaning that we need feedback from users (you!) to make it better before it fully launches. If you would like to participate in our CoPilot beta, please fill out this Google form to join our waitlist.

Because CoPilot is an AI-based feature, response quality may vary. We'll use your feedback to make continuous improvements to its response quality.

How to do it

You can access CoPilot from anywhere in GRIN with the Open CoPilot button. This opens the CoPilot chat in a side panel.

If you haven’t already, select Get started to access CoPilot. You can chat with CoPilot in two ways:

  • Suggested prompts: Use GRIN-generated prompts to kick off a conversation.

  • Free response: Enter your own questions for CoPilot.

CoPilot detects where you are in GRIN when you’re asking your questions, so you get curated answers depending on what features you’re using. For example, CoPilot will know if you’re in an Activation Workroom or on your Contacts page.

Note

CoPilot will give different answers based on the types of questions you ask it. For example, CoPilot will give more general advice for questions like:

  • How do I know if my program is successful?

  • How do I find the right creators?

  • Why aren’t creators responding to my emails?

And will give more specific answers for tactical questions such as:

  • Where can I find reporting?

  • Where can I make payments?

CoPilot will answer your question to the best of its ability. You can continue to ask questions to get better answers as well. If your chat times out or if you want to restart your session, you can use the Refresh button. You can exit CoPilot at any time with the Close button.
