A Live Site is a unique URL for a your creator that is based on the GRIN account domain. Once creators have their Live Site, they are able to view campaign details, submit proposals, set-up payment, review their task requirements, and check their compensation. Creators do not need a login to access their Live Site.
It is important to remember that a Live Site should only be sent to creators who have already agreed to work with you, and are in the GRIN campaign you want them to participate in.
In order to pull in content and metrics, creators will need to connect their social accounts within their Live Site. Creators that do not connect will not have their content and metrics delivered to you automatically within GRIN, so it is good practice for you to recommend your creators to sync their accounts right away. You can send creators our help article for Managing Social Networks to get started. Otherwise, creators will need to submit their posts manually through the Live Site to deliver them to your GRIN programs. They can learn about doing so with our articleManually uploading content.
Live Sites can be found within the creator's profile or can be pulled into emails using the insert variable option. Please make sure to check when manually copy and pasting in an creator's Live URL into an email, that it belongs to that particular creator. Each Live Site is a unique domain for creators to add in their own unique information.
ALive Site only displays information that you want to be visible for the creator. This information is created within the program, such as an Activation. You can import a photo that displays on the Live Site, list tasks, put compensation information, and outline usage rights. Before saving your program, it is good practice to preview your Live Site to make sure it contains the information you want, as well as having the aesthetic appearance you want. To preview your Live Site, select "Preview Live URL" in the top right corner when editing.
