If your customer’s ecommerce instance in GRIN is hosted on a network with an IP filter, you’ll need the following list of IPs to whitelist GRIN for your ecommerce integration.
NOTE
We recommend a developer or IT personnel on your team handle the whitelisting process. If you need further assistance, please contact GRIN support.
Inbound/outbound distinctions are from the perspective of your network. For example, for IPs listed as Outbound (Webhooks), you should whitelist outbound traffic from your network so that webhooks from your system can be sent to GRIN.
