You can view a summary of a creator, their recent activity, and manage communications with them from their Creator Contact Profile. Every creator that's in your Contacts, including Creators, Prospects, and Applicants, has a profile you can access at any time. You can learn more about accessing and managing a profile below.
What You'll Need
- A creator added in Creators, Prospects, or Applicants.
How to Do It
- Navigate to Contacts > Creators, Prospects, or Applicants.
- Select the name of the creator whose profile you want to view. This will open their Creator Contact Profile. You can learn about each section in a profile in the table below.
Profile | The name of the creator, a profile picture if available, and connection statuses of any of their available social networks. |
Add Note | Add additional information on the creator for others in your organization to see. |
Send Email | Compose and send an email to the creator directly. |
Tasks | View and manage associated Tasks for the creator. |
Recent Activity | View recent updates about the creator, including changes made by members of your team as well as content updates from the creator. |
Audience Reports | An analytics report on the creator's engagement data. You can request up to 100 reports per month. Also see Viewing Audience Reports. |
Contact Type | Identifies the creator contact type: Creator, Prospect, or Applicant. |
Contact Information | Lists the creator's contact information. |
Shipping Address | Where you can access and edit the creator's shipping address. You can add multiple addresses per creator. Product will be shipped to the primary address unless otherwise specified. |
Documents | Any attachments you upload to the creator's profile, including documents or images. |
Custom Properties | Any Custom Properties associated with the creator. For more, see Creating Custom Properties. |
Networks | Lists the creator's social network URLs. You may also provide a URL for the creator's Instagram profile or Facebook Page to connect them. |
Primary Contact | Where you can see and manage the creator's primary contact information. |
Managers/Agents | Can be used if the creator is managed through a manager or agent. |
Owner | The representative in your organization owns that creator's contact profile. |
Relationship Stage | Classification of the creator relationship workflow. GRIN have default stages, but you can customize these stages as well. |
Live Sites | A creator's unique link that provides them an overview of active programs they have been invited to, manage their payments, connect their social network accounts, and more. |
Activations | Where you can manage and review the list of Activations that a creator has been assigned to. |
Tags | Tags that have been assigned to the creator. Tags help you organize and keep track of your contacts with tags that make sense for your creator management workflow. |
Discount Codes | Overview of discount codes that have been assigned to a creator. You can also click Manage Codes to edit the creator's individual code's start and expiration dates as well as their payout rate. This will not affect the defaults in the original discount code group. |
Affiliate Links | Overview of affiliate links that have been assigned to a creator. You can also create Deep Links for each assigned affiliate link (or Parent Link). Deep Links adopt all the settings and properties of the assigned affiliate link, but will redirect to a different destination URL (such as a specific product in your store) of your choosing. All conversions and tracking will be associated with the original Parent Link. |
Conversions | Overview of the revenue the creator has produced from participating in campaigns. |
Payments | Overview of how much a creator has been paid. The Payments section also includes visibility into whether or not a creator is capable of accepting payment. If not, they will need to fill out and submit their PayPal and tax information. For more, see Managing Payouts. |
