Article summary

You can add creators you'd like to potentially work with as prospects. Prospects can still be added to your programs, such as an Activation, so that you can approach them to partner with your brand.

How to Do It

You can navigate to your Prospects table from Contacts > Prospects. This table has some basic tools you can use to organize your prospects. At the top of the table are:

  • Filter: Select fields to filter your creators by.
  • Search: Enter keywords into the search bar to search your list of creators.
  • Views: Save your current filtered table as a saved view. You can have up to five saved views per table.
  • Export: Export a CSV file of your creators.
  • Add Prospects: Manually add more prospects by: 
    • Add a Prospects: Add a prospect by entering their name, email, and social networks.
    • Import Prospects: Add prospects by importing them from a CSV file. 
  • Columns: Open the columns popover and customize what columns appear in your table. 

There are also unique actions you can take to customize and manage individual prospects or many creators at once. There are different ways to take these actions: 

  • Row actions: Hover over a prospect to show individual actions you can use in their row. This table has the following row actions: 

    • View Content: View your prospect's content from all their social networks, their metrics, and a link to Manage your prospect's profile.
    • Send Email: Send an email to your prospect. See Composing emails for more information.
    • Add Tags: Add tags to your prospect. See Managing tags for more information.
    • Promote: Promote the prospect to a creator and move them to Contacts > Creators.
    • Mark as Qualified: If the prospect is marked as Disqualified, use this to remove that tag and qualify them again for prospecting.
  • Bulk actions: Click the checkbox next to one or more prospects to display bulk actions you can use to affect all the currently selected creators. This table has the following bulk actions:

    • Promote: Promote the selected prospects to creators and move them to your My Creators table.
    • Export: Export a CSV file with only the data from your currently selected prospects.
    • Sequences: Add your prospects to a Sequence. See Sequences for more information.
    • Send Email: Send your prospects an email. See Composing emails for more information.
    • Tags: Edit your prospects' tags. See Managing tags for more information.
    • Activation: Add prospects to an existing Activation.
    • Edit: Further edit your prospects’ settings. 
      • Change Owner: Change the owner of your prospects.
      • Set Custom Property: Assign a custom property to your prospects or manage your custom properties. See Managing Custom Properties for more information.
      • Set Relationship Stage: Change your prospects' relationship stages with your Brand or manage your relationship stages.
    • More Options: Show more actions you can take. 
      • Send Alert: Send an email alert to your creators.
      • Compare Creators: Compare the selected prospects' metrics across social networks.
      • Mark as Qualified: If the prospect is marked as Disqualified, use this to remove that tag and qualify them again for prospecting.
      • Disqualify: Mark the prospect as Disqualified, but still keep them as a potential prospect for later.
      • Delete: Permanently remove the prospect and any associated data from your GRIN account.
