Article summary

Note
If you joined GRIN on January 23, 2023 or later, Campaigns will not be available for your account and has been replaced by Activations. You can use Activations to manage and organize your creator marketing programs. For more information, check out our help articles.

Once a prospect creator has been approved, you can invite them to a campaign and send them a link to their Live URL to review the campaign proposal. From their Live URL, they can review the campaign details, task requirements, select products, update shipping information, and connect their social networks.

Note
If a creator has not been added into a campaign, and they access their Live URL, they will be met with a blank dashboard that reads "No Current Campaigns".

Overview

The Overview section provides space to explain to your creator why you are implementing this campaign and why you have chosen them specifically. Your creator can review their network tasks, how they will be compensated, and read more about your brand. All these fields are customizable for your brand's needs!

Proposal Steps Main Page

Once your creator continues to the next page, they will be presented with the steps they will need to complete in order to submit their proposal. In order to ensure all steps have been completed, your creator will not be able to progress to the next step until all required fields are entered.

Compensation

Under Compensation, your creators will be able to see the written summary of how they will be compensated. Compensation can be in the form of payment, commission, and/or products. Depending on how you would like to compensate your creators they will see some or all of the compensation methods.

Along with Commission, instructions on the discount codes and affiliate links will be displayed to be included in each post.

Products

If products are selected as a compensation method, then your creator will be able to choose their products after the Compensation page. They will be able to see instructions on how many products to choose, the amount of funds allotted to them, etc.

Review Tasks

The Review Tasks page provides a list of all the media deliverable tasks that you would like your creator to complete, as well as #hashtags and @mentions that will need to be included in each post. Under each task, instructions on how to complete each task are displayed.

If a task is required, then your creator will not be able to submit their proposal until the network is synced and the task is selected. However, if the task is not required your creator will be able to submit a proposal without selecting the task.

Your creator will also be able to choose optional tasks within this page and review the information related to these tasks.

Social Networks

Once the required tasks reviewed and optional tasks chosen, your creator is able to sync their corresponding social networks.

Once connected, their social media content will be able to be pulled in. GRIN will know to search for their social networks specifically and pull in content that contains the assigned mentions and hashtags.

Shipping Information

Under Shipping Information, your creators will include their Shipping address for the location that they will receive their products.

Personal Information

Under Personal Information, your creator will have the space to add other information you require of them. For example, you can add fields for phone number, gender, and a space for them to tell you more about themselves.

Content Rights

Once the compensation method(s) have been seen or chosen, tasks chosen and networks synced, and additional information added, your creators will agree to your terms and conditions. In order to submit the proposal, the creators will need to agree and accept the terms set for the campaign.

Proposal Steps Main Page

Once all steps are completed, your creator will be redirected back to the review each step they have completed before the proposal is submitted. Once reviewed your creator can submit their proposal.

Note
Once an creator submits a campaign proposal, you can review and manage the proposal in the Campaign Work Room.
