What is the Campaign Work Room

Once you've set up your Campaign and invited and added creators to your campaign then you're ready to start managing and tracking your creator collaborations within the Work Room.
Campaigns are set up to keep your collaborations organized and trackable. Everything from content, product fulfillment, and reporting is kept in one place in order to seamlessly manage high-level and individual progress.
When managing your Campaign, it is important to review each tab below to understand how to navigate the features of the workroom to effectively guide your creator collaborations:
Creators
The Creators tab contains all of the creators who you have added to your campaign. You will be able to view a list of their total reach and network connection status. Also, you have the ability to see the number of proposals submitted for the campaign, as well as, the date the most recent proposal was created.
The last column "Content Since Last Proposal" is a quick tool to keep track of which creators have submitted content based on the agreement made within the proposal. If creators are not submitting content then you are able to reach out to them directly by sending an email reminding them of the agreement or remove the creator from your contact list.
Proposals
Once your creators have filled out and submitted their proposal within their unique Live URL their proposal will also appear within the Proposals tab of the Campaign Workroom. You'll be able to view the creator's chosen tasks, products, and proposal cost before deciding to Accept, Decline, or
Discounts
Within the Discounts tab, you are able to assign your creators discount codes based on the discount code group chosen within Campaign Settings. If a discount code group was not added to the campaign then this tab will not be visible within the campaign workroom.
If a creator has already been assigned a discount code based on the discount code group then the discount will automatically populate within the discounts tab.
Once assigned or automatically populated, you are also able to modify each code in bulk or individually.
Links
Within the Links tab, you are able to assign your creators affiliate links based on the affiliate link group chosen within Campaign Settings. If an affiliate link group was not added to the campaign then this tab will not be visible within the campaign workroom.
If a creator has already been assigned an affiliate link based on the affiliate link group then their link will automatically populate within the Links tab.
Once assigned or automatically populated, you are also able to modify each link in bulk or individually.
Fulfillment
Once proposals have been approved, you are able to send your creators products within the Fulfillment tab. You are able to create orders, view shipment status, email creators, delete proposals, etc. within this section.
Progress
Within the Progress tab, you are able to have a high-level overview or individual task progress of your creators within the campaign. You are able to quickly view the date their proposal was created, if product has been fulfilled, and if they have posted content.
The Progress tab is a perfect location to view if your creator is late on submitting content after they have received their products. Once these creators are identified send them a quick reminder email by clicking on the email icon under the Actions column.
Content
Within the Content tab, you are able to view all of your creators' posted content that has either been manually delivered or automatically pulled in by the campaign's designated hashtags and handles.
Conversions
Within the Conversions tab, provides an overview of the campaign's revenue and conversions. You are able to view all the conversions made through the affiliate links and discount codes assigned to your creators.
Reporting
The Reporting tab provides an overview of the campaign from Creator Key Performance Indicators to breakdowns of individual creator analytics.
Payments
The Payments tab provides an overview of all the payments owed to your creators based on the initial contract amount and total commission earned. You are able to send payments directly through GRIN or record any offline payments.
