Finding your way around GRIN: the main menu

Updated by Michel from GRIN

Everything in GRIN is reached from the bar across the top of the screen. This article lists every item and what it opens, so you can find a screen without hunting for it.

Your menu may be shorter than this list. That is normal, and the last section explains why.

  • Social Listening, in some accounts this sits under Content instead

  • Prospects
  • Applicants, people who applied through a landing page

  • Dashboard, email performance
  • Inbox
  • Templates
  • Sequences

Brands, Community and the icons on the right

Brands opens your brand list, where each brand card leads to its products, affiliate links and discount codes. Community opens the GRIN community site in a new tab.

On the right of the bar you have Search, Tasks, Notifications and your profile picture.

The profile menu

Click your profile picture to open a panel with your account usage against your plan limits, and these links:

  • App Marketplace
  • Data Exports
  • Tasks
  • Settings, under Privacy & Settings
  • Support Documentation, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Sign Out

Why an item may be missing for you

There are three separate reasons, and they need different fixes.

  1. Your plan. Features your plan does not include are hidden, or shown with a PREMIUM badge. Clicking a PREMIUM item does not open a page, it opens a short description with a Contact Support button. Ask your Account Manager to review the plan.
  2. Your user role. Several screens are admin only, including the Organization section of Settings with Company, Teams, Users and Domain Management. If you are not an admin these simply do not appear. Ask an admin in your account to change your role or to make the change for you.
  3. Your account setup. Some items depend on configuration rather than plan or role. Discount codes need an ecommerce store connected to the brand, and Payments needs creator payments enabled.

If you are not sure which of the three applies, write to support@grin.co and say which item you expected to see and where you looked.
