Current Known Issues

Updated by Michel from GRIN

This page lists issues our team has confirmed and is working on, so you can tell quickly whether what you are seeing is already known rather than something specific to your account. Last reviewed on 28 August 2026. If what you are seeing is not here, contact support and we will take a look.

A discount code can stay redeemable in your store after GRIN shows it as gone

What you see: a code reads as expired, disabled or deleted in GRIN, and a shopper can still apply it at checkout.

Why it happens: GRIN decides that a code is expired by comparing its end date at the moment you open the screen, and that comparison is never sent to your store. Deleting or disabling a code inside GRIN can leave it live in the store the same way.

What to do: when a code has to stop working, end it in your store as well as in GRIN. The store is the reliable place to check, not the GRIN screen.

This is a problem on our side and we are working on it.

Social Listening report export downloads an empty file

What you see: exporting a Social Listening report produces a file with no rows in it.

What to do: the report itself is correct on screen, so reading it there is the way through for now. There is no export workaround.

This is a problem on our side and we are working on it.

Curated Lists: new requests are not available

What you see: Recruitment > Curated Lists opens with your existing Lists and no way to request a new one.

Why it happens: this one is not a defect. GRIN stopped accepting new Curated List requests in August 2025, and the option was removed rather than hidden, so it is not a permission problem on your account.

What to do: Lists you already have are unaffected, and the rest of the Recruitment menu still works. The detail is in Requesting a Curated List.

If your issue is not listed

Contact support with what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead, plus a screenshot if you have one. That is usually enough for us to confirm it quickly and tell you whether it is already known.
