🎯 Objective

Enable brands to extend or add additional proposals to creators who are already engaged in an active campaign — a feature called Multiple Proposals (formerly known as Recurring Proposals).

🛠️ Step-by-Step: How to Add Multiple Proposals in an Activision

1. Navigate to the Correct Campaign

  • Go to the left-hand sidebar and click on “Programs”.

  • Select “Activision” from the submenu.

2. Locate the Campaign

  • Scroll to find the specific Activision campaign you want to manage.

  • Click to open the campaign Workroom.

3. Enter the Workflow

  • Once in the campaign, go to the “Workflow” section.

  • Scroll horizontally to the far right and click “Track Progress.”

4. Choose the Creator

  • In the “Track Progress” view, locate the creator you want to send an additional proposal to.

  • Select the creator by checking their name or row.

5. Add a New Proposal

  • Click the “Add Proposal” button.

  • A pop-up will appear, notifying you that the creator already has an active proposal.

  • Confirm and proceed — GRIN now allows more than one proposal to exist per creator within the same campaign.

✅ Things to Note

• This functionality is especially helpful for campaigns with ongoing deliverables, phased compensation, or multi-stage collaborations.

• The UI now supports overlapping or back-to-back proposal flows without needing to clone the entire campaign or manually reassign creators.
