Overview
If a talent agent or manager handles your payments, you can allow them to collect your brand payments on your behalf. You set this up yourself from your own account settings. Your brand and GRIN Support cannot turn this on for you.
Step 1: Add your agent and turn on agent payments
Click your profile picture in the top right of your creator dashboard and open your account settings.
Under Talent Agent Information and Settings, enter your agent's email address and click Save.
Turn on Allow my agent to collect brand payments on my behalf. You will see a Pending agent payment set-up note, and GRIN will email your agent an invitation.
Only you can enable or change this. If you do not complete the toggle, no invitation is sent to your agent.
Step 2: Your agent completes their payment setup
Your agent receives an email titled A creator added you as their agent with a link to their agent dashboard.
They complete a quick verification, then see you listed on their My Creators page.
They open the Payouts page and set up their payment account (for example, PayPal). They only do this once, and the same setup covers every creator who lists that same agent email.
What changes after setup
Payment emails (payout confirmations and invoices) go to your agent.
All other communication (campaigns, tasks, and messages) still comes to you. Your creator email does not change.
Good to know
Payments will not route to your agent until the agent finishes payment setup on their Payouts page. Until then you may continue to see Pending agent payment set-up.
You can still set up and manage your own payout directly if you prefer. Using an agent is optional.
